With over 28 years of dedicated experience in education, Esther joined Community Academies Trust (CAT) in 2020 as Headteacher at Stoneydelph, where her strategic and dynamic leadership successfully transformed the school. At the core of her vision is a deep passion for improving outcomes for disadvantaged and SEND pupils, ensuring they thrive through both high-quality academic opportunities and inspiring enrichment experiences.

Building on her extensive experience, Esther completed the National Professional Qualification in Executive Leadership (NPQEL) in 2025. She subsequently served as a Consultant Headteacher, guiding a new headteacher through their induction, before stepping into an Executive Headteacher role at a CAT school in Warwickshire. In this position, she spearheaded the development of new leadership teams and empowered the school to reach its full potential. Continuing her commitment to nurturing future talent, Esther has since taken on a second Consultant Headteacher role, coaching emerging headteachers and leadership teams to achieve educational excellence. 

 

Looking ahead, Esther is delighted to continue supporting CAT in her new role as a Primary Quality Assurance Lead (PQA). She looks forward to collaborating across a broader network of CAT schools, sharing best practice, and working strategically alongside the Trust’s exceptional headteachers and leadership teams.
