Mark Gibbons is an experienced primary school leader with a strong commitment to educational excellence. As a Primary Quality Assurance lead, he works with school leaders to promote high standards, strengthen teaching and learning, and ensure every child has access to an ambitious and inclusive education.

Mark brings over twenty years of leadership experience to this role, with a particular interest in developing strong school cultures, where principled and motivated teams use effective systems consistently to achieve excellence.
