Oliver has over 20 years of experience in the education sector, in teaching and leadership roles across the primary phase. Most recently, his Executive Headship has given him valuable working insight into the key strategic importance of the governance function within a trust.

Moving into governance management gives Oliver the opportunity to work very closely with people to positively impact upon the trust and bring to life the difference that governors and trustees can make to children’s opportunities and outcomes in the primary years of their education.
