Paul has over 20 years’ experience in education and completed his National Professional Qualification for Headship in 2020. He served as a senior leader at The Telford Langley School for more than a decade before joining the trust’s central team in 2025.

Paul leads on AI, data, and assessment across all trust schools, collaborating with headteachers and strategic leaders to ensure effective data use. He manages the trust’s MIS and works closely with national assessment providers to standardise benchmarking and performance monitoring. His expertise in curriculum leadership and IT in education informs data usage throughout the trust.
